“In 2018 the Club Directors tasked me with sourcing new carpet for the entire Club. I looked at traditional carpet as well as carpet tiles and after much research decided on the carpet tiles as they gave me more flexibility and suited the application in the Club much better. After speaking with several suppliers, the decision was made to go with Greg from Commerce Carpets as he was easy to deal with, we could basically design our own carpet if we wanted and they were price competitive.

With a panel making the final decision on design the process took a while and changed a lot. Greg was always available to give advice and mix a bit more of this and that colour into the tiles to get exactly what we wanted. We were even able to get some vinyl tiles that matched the existing tiles around the bar.

The result was outstanding giving the Club a whole new look, with great feedback from members and visitors. The tiles have been down almost a year without a single issue and show very little wear.
